About us
Muslim Students Organisation of India (MSO) is an apex and largest body of Muslims students (Sunni Sufi) in India. It works for community development, nation building, Career guidance and anti terrorism. MSO was established in the city of Aligarh of U.P in 1977 by Advocate Ismael Wafa. The movement headquartered is in New Delhi. MSO is the largest Muslim student body in India. It has sound footprint from Kashmir to Kerala, Rajasthan to Manipur. MSO is working in the 23 states of India.
Our Reach
In keeping with its philosophy of ‘Real Work Real Change’, MSO is present actively in 23 states and it has 500 Units with additional charges. MSO is working hard to strengthen its Unit where it is found that the Radicalisation is high and the MSO might counter it very effectively.
PROMOTION OF SUFISM
Today, however, Sufism has become the embodiment of positive religious values the world needs to promote in order to defeat terrorism. Sufism is an inspiring antidote which awakens the human capacity for love, service, compassion and peace. As a tool of soft power, Sufism has been used to craft an officially palatable version of Islam
